Dan Carney - COUNTRY Financial Representative

Dan recently helped me with matching my Condo coverage with the changes in my HOA's master policy. He did a lot of detailed analysis to make sure that I had the right coverage. For example, he increased the amount of the Sewer Backup rider to match the deductible on the master policy. He also explained the "Walls In" coverage on the master policy and how that affected me. The meeting took about an hour and a half.

I've tried to contact my rep multiple times. Luke Cooley. I've had issues with the App since week 1. Issues with my driver IQ app since about 4 weeks ago and no help. I've called multiple times. Emailed too. Luke cooley is my rep, never gets back. The last contact I had with him he said my account is all good and he can see it on his end, even though I can't on my app. My account was set up by two different people, April Cool and Leilani (unknown last name) over a month later Luke reached out and asked me almost the EXACT questions I had already answered and paperwork sent over to April AND Leilani.
