Brad Hornback - State Farm Insurance Agent

I just moved over to Brad as my new insurance agent from another State Farm agent. Brad and his staff were very helpful and answering all of my questions. They were very polite and felt like I was talking to a family member. Would definitely recommend him as anyone’s new insurance agent. I spoke to Holly about switching over a new car to my insurance policy and she was very polite and very kind.

Angel was very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. She suggested alternatives and offered competitive rates. I'm a retired attorney who is knowledgeable about insurance. There are a lot of agents out there who can lead you astray. Angel knows what she is doing. Highly recommend.

I had the privilege of working with Angel. She was polite, courteous, and very helpful. Even when it became evident that changing insurance companies wasn't the best decision for me, she continued to provide support and answer follow-up questions that I had. I have dealt with many people in many different businesses and customer service throughout my years. I tell you, customer service, people caring about their jobs, even doing their jobs has gone way down throughout the years.Every once in awhile a company and those people working them will surprise me once in awhile ...but not 3 times within a year and especially not within a few months. Well this is what happened when i dealt with State Farm 3 times, all in different circumstances. 1 time with my room mates home owners insurance when we had that horrible storm last january.Our pipes froze and it broke all our pipes in our garage..but the whole experience went smoothly and was expedited in a timely manner .I was very surprising happy. 2nd time was when i was in the hospital , very sick and
