The people who work here are bitter. Was insured here for 2 years and on the 2nd going onto the 3rd year, I asked to regenerate a quote to see if I could get a better deal since my quote jumped significantly in between. (I should mention nothing was against my license.) But nope - Better deal outside of this place was for sure. Once they knew I wasnt going to stay was when they were bitter. Eventually I found a new plan which sent the cancellation letter to President's Insurance Agency with Travelers in Quincy, MA. I didnt realize there was an equity date that created a small balance ($40.25) where the only explanation on the invoice was "Policy period: Cancelled" which looked like they charged a cancellation fee.
