Cris Warner: Allstate Insurance

I had been working with a different Allstate Insurance company, who after several years failed to live up to their past customer service, so I started my own research to find another agent. After interviewing and/or researching many agents I discovered Chris Warner’s company, and have now been with them more than a year. Since the very beginning I have experienced the best customer service regardless who I reached in his office. They are the most responsive and helpful staff regardless of the issue; including filing a claim. I highly recommend this office for all of your insurance needs.

Not happy that they sent me mail with a picture of my house on the outside and inside of the bi-fold pamphlet. Also shady that they claim 5 star customer rating on Google when I look them up to see they have a 3.7.

This agency is no longer ran by Chris Warner? The new owners unfortunately does not seem knowledgeable of Allstate Insurance policies. Does anyone know why and where Chris moved to?
