Never met or heard from my agent in 20 years. never a claim and rates thru the roof, each time i asked them to find a better value policy, crickets. Today my so called agent said, "Go shop elesewhere".. I did and saved $1800 a year and got twice coverage. Too Big Too Care

We found your Company over a year ago and I worked with your professionals to provide us with proposals on all of our coverages. All of your staff was very professional, knowledgeable and a breath of fresh of air. When trying to find a place for our coverage I dealt with a number of agents from other companies here in AZ and also in WI for our seasonal home. Having their insurance is fine but don't get hit by someone that has their insurance. They rear ended my service technician's van, and the insurance company totaled it. They paid for 30 days for me to rent a service van to put my tech in but they refused to pay another 3 weeks. I had to one, find another van, get it wrapped, get all of the equipment and everything moved back in to the newer van, all in 30 days. It took 2 weeks just to get my wrap done. This is absolutely unfair!!! So guess who paid for the rental van....me.

We have several accounts through Crest, business and personal insurance. Chris who handles our business and medical and Yvonne who takes care of our home, auto, boat, RV are both very professional, responsive and great at what they do! We are so satisfied and happy we have moved everything into their hands. We are not the "big guys" with lots of money but every interaction makes me feel like a VIP.
