I want to share my experience with Creamer Insurance Agency (related to Erie Insurance Exchange). My mother passed at the end of 2023, and my father passed away in January 2024. Since then, our family has been navigating the lengthy probate process—a process that, as many know, can extend far longer than anticipated. Despite our ongoing efforts to settle the estate, we now face an additional challenge: the family home's homeowners insurance policy is set to be canceled at the end of next month because the property is no longer classified as owner-occupied following my father's death. Obviously Brian isn't slouch either, but today I had the pleasure of my first interaction with Lisa, who struck me as friendly, honest, informative, and most importantly, always has the best interest of the customer's as her first priority to consider. After struggling to find a truly trustworthy insurance agent all these years, I am gald to have finally found the right ones.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Agent talks over clients and likes to debate! Instead of finding ways to be helpful and solution-oriented, he rather remain negative and of no use! Not to mention his “over-indulgence” with trying to PUSH HIS POINT on others - versus - simply listening and acting in a professional manner. His argumentative behavior is so disrespectful and there is very little, if any, concern for clients. I’m sure you’ve heard of that TV commercial where another insurance company says, ”Like a good neighbor…(they) are there!” Well……..this guy (from my experience) would be the VERY LAST person you would ever want to call if you needed help. Stay away and avoid the headache!!!!

This is a small two person office that provides excellent customer service. They are easy to reach, knowledgeable, helpful, and proactive. They informed me about a new homeowners policy offering that increased my coverage and decreased my cost. What's not to like about that?
