I was here two weeks ago to sign up for a Medicare Adv Plan. It was too soon, so Linda asked if I could come in on 8-1-25. I asked her what day of the week it was-Friday. Told here I would be here at 8:30am since that is their opening time. Imagine my surprise when I arrived and the hours on the door now reads as closed on Friday. This website still shows open on Fridays. AND to top it off, she took my name and number. What a bad showing of customer service.
Craig is excellent at explaining Medicare plans and his advice is well worth a visit in person.
The lady that answers the phone is rude and only two reviews and 5 stars. Sounds fishy to me!
