Corry Perkins - State Farm Insurance Agent

I am very disappointed with the customer service. I can never get ahold of Cory and the people I do talk to from his office never seem to know what is going on. My last experience was incredibly unpleasant. I will be switching insurance providers.

We have had Cory for over 30 years as our agent. He and his staff are the best and have NEVER let us down on any claim.

We've been customers for the last 7 years and I can't tell you how nice it is to have an agent and office to work with. Before State Farm we were with a different company that had a great online quote, but no agent interface, and it was quite frustrating. We were with a State Farm agent in Texas before that and were so happy to go back to SF once we moved to Idaho. Corry and his team have always been quick to address any questions or claims that I've had. I highly recommend this team. :-)

Jen and her team has always been diligent and quick to resolve my inquiries! They truly care for me and my family so much. Even though they might not be the cheapest, their service and time provided is worth every penny!

I have been with Corry Perkins for over 20 years and couldn't be happier. Approximately 6 years ago the apartment that I was living in had a flood and everyone made it so much easier to deal with the chaos of being displaced, they really showed that they cared about my well being. I have my auto and life insurance through them and feel that they are fairly priced and that the level of customer service is exceptional. I truly appreciate the relationship that I have developed with Corry, Elaine, Misty and Angela over the years. The Perkins State Farm team is amazing and I highly recommend them.
