I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with Cornerstone Insurance. In September 2024, I was told by one of their agents that my niece only needed a “good faith reference” to help lower her insurance payments. I was assured that I would not be financially responsible or anything pertaining to the policy would affect me. A year later, I found out that my personal information was used to open a Progressive Auto Insurance policy in my name without my consent. My niece contacted Progressive today to get copies of the paperwork, and they confirmed the documents were sent to her email and signed via DocuSign. Going with Cornerstone Insurance Group LLC on Hwy 176 in Summerville has been one of the best moves I've made. They're always so helpful and working with Tara is just awesome. She seems to stay on top of the ever changing Insurance landscape and always has great tips and advice, plus she will do everything in her power to give you just what you need.
