This is the worst agency don't waste your time VALERIE BROWNE is very unprofessional and she is very disrespectful and very incompetent. This agency tried to add someone on my insurance WITHOUT MY CONSENT and had the nerve to tell me that I have to PROVE that the person doesn't live here!!! IM NOT RELATED TO THE PERSON NEITHER DO I KNOW WHERE SHE RESIDES AT THE MOMENT!!!!!! Again this agency is trash and has terrible customer service -100000000/10 definitely would never recommend.

Corey Browne never responds to emails and Valerie B sends threatening emails! We literally just coming out of a pandemic and I was late making my payment and I get sent threatening emails. My car is literally broke and I had to choose between paying my car insurance or getting my car fixed. I don’t want this to go on my credit so I paid the bill now I don’t have enough money to get my car fixed and I won’t have a way to work. But I can’t wait to get a new insurance company in two months when my policy is over. I will NOT be renewing with you all because you don’t care about your customers! I’m NOT in good hands I’m in greedy hands!

I can't begin to tell you how they treated me like a Queen. Valerie is the best. No Master how many questions I have she always takes the time to get me an answer. I'm in good hands at Allstate😊

This review is aimed directly at this specific Allstate branch. My car has been in the shop for over 3 weeks with no checks paid out to the mechanic. The day I addressed this with my agent directly, Zakiya had the problem resolved in less than one business week. I cannot express how grateful I am to know this group is there for me as an advocate to Allstate as a whole. She kept on pushing the claims department and i have faith it will be done again in the future of needed. If you need an allstate agent, I highly recommend the Corey Browne agency
