I am extremely happy with my policies through Cordell & Co. Even more happy with the service supplied to me by Kim Parmeter. Kim has always worked hard to find me the best price possible in order to maintain the coverages that are necessary for my small LLC. Earlier this year, I hit a snag with a major company that is my biggest customer and just when I was beginning to get nervous about not meeting their requirements and possibly losing their business, Kim found and suggested an endorsement that they accepted instead. She worked diligently and very quickly to resolve this issue for me and I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have her on my team!! We are a small company, working in an unusual trade, we have struggled to find appropriate coverage. Kim has made us very happy, we have all the coverage we need and she managed to save us money at renewal. She's quick to respond with any needs and is always a joy to work with. Cannot say enough good things about Cordell and Company. Not only were we able to get a better policy, they were able to save us money. Kallena is the best. So nice and one of the best customer service reps I have ever dealt with. She is personable and always has the answer to our questions. Highly recommend.
