I am very disappointed with the service I have received from your claims department. Unfortunately, I have been part of a claim (zero fault of my own) with your company 3 times in 25 months due to lack of proper maintenance from a company you insure. The lack of communication from the senior claims representative is less than adequate.

Very disappointed in the professionalism in this company. If it was a one time instance I would say bad days happen. But I have dealt with this company three times in just over two years (not my equipment that keeps failing causing the issue). You are not allowed to ask questions or you get ignored - for weeks! You are not provided the same information as others, probably because you asked questions and questioned what was going on. It is very disheartening, when the people who are paid to help in a bad situation treat you worse than those who created it.

This insurance company doesn’t deserve to be in business. Dealing with insurance is never fun, but if you have to do it with Continental Western, I am truly sorry. If you are trying to reach your adjuster, GOOD LUCK. I called nearly every day for over 2 weeks and couldn’t get ahold of my adjuster, no matter the time. I even had customer service tell me that my adjustor was in the office one day, and she still didn’t pick up. I managed to get her bosses number, and it would ring a few times and go to voicemail. Eventually, I got an email from my adjuster confirming that her boss was getting my calls, but not picking up. Countless voicemails to both and no phone calls back. In the middle of a claim right now and returning your calls is not a priority. Into week 3 of my claim 1st day after filing my claim took 5 days 20 voice mails and 8 emails to get my vehicle claims adjuster to return my call in the end she did not her boss did. Said she had been affected by the storm as well and had intermittent email and cell service. I asked "why is she being assigned claims then? Why is her voice mail the same claim of calls returned with 24hrs?" Your an insurance company you of all people should probably have a process in place when disaster strikes. No pun intended So week 3 we have made it thru 8 of the 13 vehicles totaled. But I have spent the last 2 weeks calling my equipment adjuster to no avail. 7 phone calls and 7 voice mails later over 14 days and still no retu

Don’t waste your time or money with these people. I pay over $40k annually. My loss runs are nil. I got a notice about a month and a half ago that they won’t be renewing. No valid reason. Doesn’t look like I’m the only unhappy client.
