Continental Long Term Care Health Insurance Policy Continental Insurance has been so helpful to me. For the first time I have needed to find my way through a long trail of insurance facts for which I was totally unprepared. Continental Insurance staff was there right along with me. I was given a phone number to call any time I needed help. Each time I was greeted by a very positive and respectful person. The task was still intimidating but the bottom line was we are in this together. I am so happy that the policy I bought so many years ago was still as important to the company as it is to me. We have had Continental General insurance for 15÷ years and have been very pleased with this company. The customer service is superb. Calls are answered or returned promptly, and all our questions and concerns have been handled in a professional manner. We are very pleased with our dealings.

Wish I could give 0 stars! Terrible customer service, horrible handling of claims and just straight out liars! It is so unfortunate that my mother's long term care policy was aquired by CGI back in 2018! How do they stay in business? Oh, they keep your premiums and refuse to approve claims after they make you jump hoops and send you on a 5 month goose chase! I WILL NOT quit this fight to get benefits that my mother paid for and deserves. I will seek an attorney, file complaints and contact tv stations about investigative reporting and consumer reporting!

Contacted Continental General regarding claim reimbursement on behalf of a friend who is elderly and confused. Kim assisted me. As before, Kim was simply wonderful. She is professional and very thorough. She provided me with detailed information and answered my questions to my satisfaction.

Had a premium increase and called in to understand coverages and how changes would affect my premium. The representative was uber pleasant and patient in explaining various options and the pros and cons of each.
