She also helped me save thousands of dollars, which made the decision to switch even easier. I felt confident and well-supported the whole way through. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and efficient, and Emily definitely exceeded my expectations. I’ve been with StateFarm Insurance for several years, I can’t remember when I have had a very bad experience overall but have recently been looking into other companies. After my time with Emily today I no longer will continue my search. Emily spent a lot of time with me today, she was extremely helpful.
