Worst! My policy ended on December 31, 2025. I did not receive any notice of renewal, termination, or required action by mail, email, text message, phone call, or through my member portal prior to the termination of coverage. Because I was unaware that my insurance had lapsed, I sought emergency medical care in good faith believing I was insured. I was informed after the emergency visit that my coverage was no longer active, which has caused significant financial and emotional distress.

It would be great if their website worked. Unfortunately, their contact page doesn't work either. Somebody at ConnectiCare, you might want to get your website fixed. I'm not optimistic about this insurance if I'm already running into problems and I haven't even used the insurance yet. Had I known they are part of Molina, I never would have gotten it.

Do NOT join Connecticare. Never received information about their merger with Molina, never received my insurance card for 2026, could not help me with refilling my diabetic prescriptions that are essential for me to survive, horrible customer service, received no follow-ups, and outdated services. Due to their merger with Molina, my portal says I am an "inactive" user, which is incorrect. I do not have one good thing to say about this company. If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. AVOID!

The worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Can’t get ahold of anyone on shore now that Molina took over. Incompetent reviewers. No longer an American based company. I regret using them in 2026 and wish I knew they were being acquired by Molina.

The worse to call I was on the phone for two hours just to pay my dental bill. I was transferred over 7 times. Everyone is incompetent from access health to this insurance. I was so frustrated and angered.
