I've had more than one carrier for my house and auto insurance, but I've had only one agent, Gustafson, for decades! They're exemplary! I was in a focus group discussing what we want and need from our agency. Gustafson was ideal! They review my policies annually for competitive pricing and coverage, and whether we make changes or not it's great to know they're monitoring my coverage. They're very responsive to calls, whatever the nature, but are especially attentive regarding claims. Some agents are happy to write your business but much less available for claims but Gustafson isn't like that. They're reliable, honest and forthcoming. The staff is responsive and knowledgeable. David is always available if you need to speak to him. I know my claims will be handled quickly and effectively. They will always followup on your claim experience and work with you and the insurer/

Completely unacceptable. Multiple attempts to get a hold of Michaela were never responded to. Impossible phone system and extreme difficulty getting through to a receptionist. It took 3 days for a call back several more days to get the quote and e mail request for stating that I actually wanted to purchase the insurance was left un answered. I can't imagine what would happen if I had the insurance and need help with a claim.

This agency is very helpful in getting us the best price with great coverage! Dave worked with the insurance carrier and saved us money. Highly recommend this agency.
