A representative lost paper documents with my personal information including SSN. They refused to back date service because of a "he-said, she-said situation". They admitted to a computer "glitch". Please consider other companies for benefit administration. They are the sole reason I will not enroll in some of my company provided benefits this or any future year.
I have short term policies with this company through work. They messed up a policy and took money from me for 7 months on wrong policy and can't figure out how to pay me back. Don't even return phone call or message I left
I have been with the company for a couple of years . I always get my questions and answer and paper work that I need very promptly thanks to Gloria.
