I’m sorry but I just feel like I have to post this. I was given miscommunication and I reached out to Courtney Jensen for some help. He was very fast with responding but he talked to me like I was stupid and with a tone the whole time. Made me feel dumb and very uncomfortable. I am not familiar with anything insurance. It’s not my job. It’s his career so for him to talk down to me like I’m dumb was very rude. I don’t think you need to treat someone like that because they don’t understand insurance. Honestly ruined my whole day.

Do not use these guys. I had insurance through this company and they screwed me over. Courtney Jensen was my agent and totally miscalculated my annual income and I had to pay THOUSANDS in taxes for two years in a row. I’m so glad to have rid myself from these guys. Avoid at all costs they have no clue what they’re doing

Courtney and his staff are incredible. I always feel so cared about and know I am in good hands. All my questions are always answered so quickly. Courtney and his team always find the best solutions for me and my individual plan. Thank you for making sure this young cancer survivor always will have continued insurance. Thank you for making sure I never have to worry about my coverage or making sure my cancer treatments will be covered. I feel ever indebted to Courtney’s kindness and his professionalism.
