My family and I have had insurance though Liberty Mutual for over 10 years! They have been great to work with! Jarrett Spencer runs an amazing local agency! He's always provided great customer service and provides that local feeling that you know you won't have to sit on the phone with someone in another country! Thanks for all you do!

We had home insurance for 4 years with Liberty. The rate was good when we initiated our policy but then I found that each year our premium increased significantly with no extra coverage added. My representative was never available, only his voicemail. I found cheaper insurance and better service. I tried to contact my agent to cancel..no answer. I tried to get any representative to help me and so far I've been on hold for 1 hour. This is ridiculous and I'm glad there are always competitive insurance companies around to remedy situations like this. SO LONG!

Thinking of changing companies. We have had homeowners insurance and two cars under Liberty Mutual. Initial premiums were attractive, but have gone up significantly since. Last hoeowner's bill went up 85% and home office agent could offer no good reason. Moreover they pulled out of their local office in Charlottesville, VA

I have left numerous messages and have not gotten a call back. I needed information on my policy and making changes that impacted my business and eventually had to call the main company because Jarrett never returned my calls.
