We have had the joy and blessing of being assisted by Ms. Lois Benjamin on multiple occasions last year and continuing forward to date. When providers do not have the appropriate information on their end or choose not to go the extra mile and search for the correct insurance, the claim is left hanging and there enters Lois, time and time again to assist the provider's office, hospital and us the members. In all the years, as far as insurance is concerned, we have never had such a tremendous challenge as most recently. Because I needed an interpreter, I was worried about the process, but Justin immediately arranged for one and made sure I was authenticated properly. He worked seamlessly with both me and my son to ensure we were all fully informed about my new managed care plan.
