Community Association-Undrwrt

Water leaked underneath our bathroom, kitchen, and dining room floors and they all had to be torn out. We had to pay for the repairs out of our own pocket so we are currently $30,000 in debt. Our condo's master insurance is CAU. Their adjuster says they are not responsible but a contractor we used in 2023 is. But KATHLEEN CASANAS responds that they can't release their findings because "it is work product and it is privileged and confidential". They can't release this to the carrier of the insurance?? Findings that would absolve them of responsibility and allow a claim to go forward against the contractor?? She has been very unresponsive so a complaint will be filed with the New Hampshire Insurance Department.

Where are these people? I've been calling for the last two days. My mortgage broker has called several times and emailed. My fiance has been trying to call for the last two hours. All we keep getting are phone prompts and are told to leave messages. This is absurd.

All I need is a Certificate of Insurance and a copy of our policy. For over a week, several of us have been calling - AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. I’ve contacted our management company to take our business elsewhere.
