Valor Insurance - Michael Lelli

After 18 months of being uninsured with Donegal with Mike, I suddenly received a surprise bill claiming they didn’t charge me enough for my previous policy — long after I had already switched to another provider. This feels completely unfair and unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I called to resolve it, he screamed at me on the phone and didn't explain why they were charging a random $700. Never answers the phone and only communicates poorly through email. Not recommended.
