Great agency - very customer focused. We worked with Greg’s team when we originally moved to PA in 2011, and then again when we moved back to PA in 2022. Though some ten members have changed since 2011, the agency’s commitment to customer service and client satisfaction has not! We have relied on the agency for auto, home, and boat insurance, and also use the connected business for all our tags and title needs.

I received great and helpful customer service. The meeting with Greg and Chris was friendly and informative and gave me many different avenues of approach in my future investments. They took care of my issues on my account access, and prepare me for how to note information of my investments for my upcoming federal taxes.

Excellent customer service!!! Stephanie McKeown went up and beyond to help me resolve a couple of pressing issues. She was a total professional and extremely knowledgeable. In addition, she was personable, polite, truly concerned about my issues, immediately addressed them quickly and accurately, and kept me in the loop every step of the way until my issues were fully resolved. I do not know what they are paying her, but she deserves much more because people like Stephanie are a rare breed these days and she should be rewarded handsomely for her outstanding work.
