I had the pleasure of working with Erin from Commonwealth Insurance Center for a rather complex automobile insurance problem. Erin was quick to respond, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable with my specific issue. I obtained the best possible insurance and premium for my situation. I would highly recommend CIC for your insurance needs.

I swear if it wasn't for Erin I would lose my mind. When it comes to insurance agencies I will pick Commonwealth insurance anytime. I have been with Commonwealth insurance for about 20 years and Erin has never let me down. And now she has helped me with my car. I was in a accident on November the 23rd of 2022. It is now January the 6th of 2023. If I hadn't notified Erin of this issue, I wouldn't have gotten an appointment to get my car fixed. So thank you thank you thank you Erin for the great job that you do with Commonwealth insurance I hope you continue to stay there because I really need you. You truly are my lifeline!

I don't know how much I would like to thank Erin for assisting me thru the process of not only getting insurance for my vehicle since day 1 , but also assisting me in a situation that wasn't even her duties!! She walked me thru feeling so comfortable and at ease .. She was there to answer every phone call and questions that I had!!!! If you need to speak to anyone in particular ask for ERIN!!! I was referred to her from family and I must say she's helped me switching to them and also saving money.. please ask for ERIN, she knows her business!!!! She's so calm and sweet!!!

I was looking for Auto commercial insurance, I was given this Company name and Number by progressive, I called to get Quote I didn’t give them my Social Security on the phone, one of their branch, and they called their other branch the agent “Sonia” already not giving me quote, but she was laughing on the phone and even there was nothing funny. Unprofessional, Please don’t go with this company if the first start of the quote They lied how you will keep policy with them in the future by the time you have Auto accidents so Disrespectful.
