WARNING! Nick Smadi charged 5 times the amount of other insurance companies while failing to provide the necessary documents needed for a customer. When I canceled the policy, within a month's time. they refused to refund over 6K paid. They made excuses and delayed the process which also cost my company a lucrative contract.

hands down the worst service ive ever experienced over the last 8 years. lets start with Gustavo one of the head salesman tried calling me out to fight 4 years into this because he never stayed on top of anything and the first 4 years let my insurnace lapse every year. after trying to leave nick smaldi stepped in said he let go of gustavo which i found out this year never actually happened. Dude told me he'd come to my office and beat me up. lol. now 2025 im being told they dont know the difference between an ein and social security. and i need to get some document showing them the difference. this company will only cost you money and heart ache. i have emails from gustavo just yesterday ultimately being very unprofessional over how he acted 4 years ago and is clearly still the same per

The owner Nick Smadi charge me for one policy twice 671 and 1500 although I ask Nick Smadi the owner at the beginning I didn’t know anything brother about the insurance you know help with the policy Plus I 430 some for another party they They did cancel the first one in one month just for one month now I have to pay 671 + 437.49 And the total policy was about 1600 So second time I paid the whole amount 1500. I trusted Nick Samadi he took all my money. I called them many time to fix the problem but they ignored because they signed everything on me without understanding.
