I sent in a claim a while back and I called them a month ago for an update on the claim, it was still with the adjuster. Called again and was told the same thing. Even your account executive will not call you back, I bet he would if he could sell you a policy. All I can say is Aflec, Aflec Aflec look it up and see there reviews
