Horrible company to work with. We paid our homeowners insurance through them. Our bill says Direct billed to us. When we got new homeowners insurance this year instead of refunding the money to us they sent it to our mortgage company. They hung up the phone on me. I would also give them zero stars terrible customer service. It has been a nightmare, trying to get back our money from our mortgage company since our homeowners insurance was never in escrow. instead of them helping me, I’ve spent hours on the phone with my mortgage company.

Would have given zero stars if this was an option. Horrible place to have homeowners insurance with. Filed a claim for a broken sewer pipe. After paying 800.00 for the use of a camera the first time thinking it was a clog the insurance company denied it. ( ok no biggie). After clog was fixed we still had sewer coming up inside our basement. We then paid $800.00 again for the camera to be sent further out from the house and found a belly of water from a broken pipe. Local insurance agent told us it would be covered. Sent the insurance adjuster a picture showing the belly of water where the pipe is broken but because the camera didn’t show the actual broken pipe it was denied. Was with them for over 45 yrs. filed a clam .said I didnot have the coverage I was to have. showed them old policy.then told me if I had another claim in 3yrs. they would drop me. 4yrs.later,filed another claim.6 months later.sent a agent.to inspect my home.I refused.they dropped my policy.went to statefarm.Best thing I ever did.better coverage.less money. keep all old policies.you may need them.

It’s bad enough Bedford Grange denied my claim when my neighbors poorly installed gutters caused rain water to leak into my home. Customer service was non existent. I never received a call at all from anyone at Bedford Grange. 2wks after my online claim I only received a denial letter in the mail. When we called them to discuss the denial, no empathy, no concern. Don’t plan to keep their Ghost services.

Chris was outstanding! His quickness in helping us with our claim left us assured in a difficult situation. So thankful for him and the rest of the BGM team!
