Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance

Our auto insurance was going up $800 a year. I talked to Leah Frink Greeley,CO office and she had no good explanation. Looked into other insurance for home & Auto and we are saving over $6,000 with a different insurer with same coverage. Cancelled my policy with them effective 11/1/24. Today is 12/3/24 and no refund check yet. Over priced, poor customer service, slow to refund our money. In fairness Angelica Jiminez has always been helpful.

The new people running this branch don’t actively try to maximize discounts, can be rude on the phone, slow, and just not on top of things. However, the company itself is decent. Good rates and my family has had no problem with them paying out.

I've been insured with Farm Bureau for the last 4 years. The service is awesome and you can't get a better insurance company. Not to mention a great price. Give Luke or Dan a call they won't let you down.

Just a super group of folks to chat over a cup of java with... but good luck getting prompt service, or call backs, should you ever need to file a claim with them. Coffee's decent, though.

They work well for me and help me get the right insurance so I know I am covered all the way around.
