Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance

Farm Bureau had my commercial policy. They dropped the ball so poorly even after I called in many times to communicate and get them in touch with my banks that my coverage lapsed. I have an agent at FB that changes every 3 months no idea who it is. They don't care my coverage is gone. To reinstate my insurance I need pictures they already took they didn't save. I am paying for double insurance my banks had to provide right now. I believe There is no accountability and no one that cares in this office.

I recently left this insurance agency after 13 years. I've had a lot of problems over the years with this agency and their customer service. But the final straw came when they 1) Increased my rates 42% without any explanation (and I don't live in a risky area and I've never had a claim against my home insurance), 2) I had to repeatedly call to get ahold of an agent, 3) The agent couldn't tell me why my rates went up. He did offer to meet with me to see if we could identify some savings, but 4) Showed up to our meeting (at my home) with his wife without clearing it first, then 5) Couldn't remember why he was there (and had come unprepared), then 6) Proceeded to tell me two things that were outright false. He stuck by the first thing even though I pointed out that it was different than all

Wonderful company and agency! After being disappointed at big name insurance companies (which continued to increase premiums) I did a lot of research and got multiple quotes. Farm Bureau was the best value but also I was impressed with their philosophy of putting customers above corporate profits. I read a lot of good reviews about Farm Bureau on Reddit and am very happy with my experience. Saved 700 dollars by switching home and got better coverage. I am certain that Farm Bureau will give me better treatment in case of claims. Katie is a great agent and she is readily available via texts to answer any questions promptly. Highly recommended if you are looking to switch.

Our rates with our old insurance company went up around 400 dollars for the year. Katie has been very helpful in finding a new policy that was even cheaper than our previous policy before the increase. She has been very easy to get ahold of. If you need insurance I'd recommend asking for her, she is very responsive.

Horrible Experience! I got a quote from agent Zach Chacon for my house. I agreed to his quote and paid for my policy for entire year. I heard nothing from them for 6 months only to find out they were charging me almost double what I was qouted. Agent was to find out what happened and get back with me. I heard nothing and then I get a notice I was being cancelled unless I pay more. He nor his company are willing to honor the price I was given an agreed to. I have never been treated like this by any insurance company. Never have I received a price and then it comes back to be almost double. They are unwilling to do anything about this. Agent messed up they will not change.
