Agent failed to procure homeowners insurance, failed to use due diligence in locating a policy, failed to bind coverage on new home purchase, failed to change address on existing vehicle/life policies, failed to submit a change of agent form to vehicle/life insurer after a year and a half causing the policy to be cancelled. Agent failed on all policies to gather information to procure the best policy at the best quote to best fit my needs.  Lack of experience and competency reigns my experience with this agent/agency. I hope this agency is current on their E&O because they surely need it.
