I had a good experience getting car insurance! I was helped by Catherine Alligood and she helped me through out the whole process and I was comfortable with her and her helping and she was able to help me get my insurance for a good price. Would definitely recommend everyone to go through Colin Owen’s insurance agcy!

State Farm customer for 20+ years across multiple states and agents. My car was parked and unoccupied and got totaled by a drunk driver. I happened to have electronics in it. Despite my car being destroyed, Colin wanted physical evidence that my electronics had been destroyed as well. (Keep in mind, we're talking about things like PCs which can be destroyed by simply dropping them.) He demanded that I pay to have them taken to a "pro" (who, ironically, had less education and experience than I do) OR bring them physically to his office for "examination". Since I'd chucked everything except my PC (in a vain attempt to get data off the HDD), I had no electronics to bring by. Excellent service and very personable. Julie was able to get me more insurance than I had at a much lower price. Also she explained things about my insurance that I didn’t know and was able to recommend some other types of insurance I was interested in getting.
