Coastal Insurance

I was using this company for Auto Insurance and they’re getting 1 star from me because they never answer the phones especially when you need to make a payment. Then they will charge a late fee. Do not recommend this company.

I don't know what's going on in their office . They are closed they have all the signs on the door. Been trying to contact them and can't get a hold of anybody. I need to speak to someone about my health insurance but the number isn't working.. who to call and where to call them people. Is there another office in Greenville?

Coastal Insurance Owner died; The customers that have car insurance where moved to Jones Insurance Agency (Located in 844 W 15 St, Washington, NC 27889). While the customers that have medical insurance where moved to Flatlands Insurance (Located in 1540 W 5th St, Washington, NC 27889)

Work everyday never have time pay direct always over the now they doesn’t answer calls at all

Nice people…do NOT recommend at all for health insurance Was told one thing from a guy than another the next time with someone else different. They do not explain anything throughly at all. I would recommend going somewhere else with blue cross but not here
