Carryout by Chrislyn has been insured by Bragaw for 6 years. I choose Bragaw because they are there for me when I have claims and questions. They are real people and not a corporate office. Affordable pricing and professionals who watch out for my best interest. Nicole has done an amazing job in helping me manage my coverage and cost. She meets with me regularly to review my policies and explains to me in simple terms what everything means. She is very patient and knowledgeable; when I have questions she has the answers or finds the answers out for me. Julie is wonderful with my personal policy. Very informative and aware of what my family‘s needs are.

Steven Wood is awesome! He has always been very professional and polite. He has helped my wife and I with all our insurance questions. Highly recommend this buisness.

I would have given 5 stars, but service has been terrible the past few months. I know there's a pandemic on, but if you are doing business, you should at least be able to allow customers into your office waiting area. Communicating through a locked glass door, slipping documents through a narrow slot -- not hospitable at all! Please figure out a better way to conduct business.
