I can't say enough good things about this group, especially Carmen and Priscilla!! I was in a tough situation....needed to add a new vehicle to my current insurance but was unable to do it due to hurricane watch in our area. I contacted Priscilla and Carmen (on a Friday I might add AND they were extremely busy with current customers validating their coverage due to impending hurricane), and within the hour, they had me completely covered!! Their professional manner is top rated, their insurance knowledge is vast, and you couldn't ask for more courteous individuals!! I would definitely recommend these two ladies for anything regarding your insurance needs!!

I started working with Flatlands after my realtor recommended that we may be paying too much for flood insurance and said we should check around. Since our plan was through NFIP, the rates are not supposed to vary from provider to provider but I soon realized that this is all dependent on the information NFIP has and the lengths to which your agent is willing to go in order to secure the proper rate (I am not implying anything shady here - just that the process actually can require quite a bit of legwork and advocacy on the agent's part). When our previous insurance provider informed us that our situation was hopeless and she couldn't help us, I placed a cold call to Flatlands and was linked with Carmen Folk. She is amazing and went above and beyond to secure the proper rate. In additi
