Horrible experience dealing with Chealsy…never answers the phone and when she does, all she knows how to do is recite textbook definitions of insurance loopholes instead of trying to address actual issues. This company should be ashamed of itself for the way they handle their at-fault claims.

The question asked of me was on wheelchair accessibility. Only if you have someone with you. There are NO doors with an automatic opener for those with disabilities. Layout for disability parking is not very well thought out. Those with disability parking need to cross a street, go up a slight incline and then deal with doors.

Trying to get a hold of someone is terrible. No one answers the phone, no matter what option you choose.
