Great agency. Employees look out for their customers. When I forgot to pay my bill on a few occasions, I always got an email and a personal call to remind me so that I would avoid cancellation of my policy. That kind of personalized service is become rarer each day, so having it means that much more.

Clifton provides a personal touch with customers like myself and goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns I may have. He always tries to be sure I'm getting the most for my money for my insurance plans. I highly recommend this company.

This is a legacy agency where the Owner/Agent took the agency from his mother when she retired. Clifton’s mother Ava Alston took the Agency from Charles Boyd at his passing. I have been with this Agency since the 1980’s and it has provided excellent customer service. The Agency is also involved in numerous community outreach events such as free shredding events yearly.
