Jake Churchill is THE ABSOLUTE WORST agent i have ever come across in my life. Why? keep reading. I reached out to him because I needed an auto policy on a new car asap and he just could not be bothered to sell me one. He was out of office and the customer service associate had to hunt down another agent who picked up the phone on his way home and set up his computer at home to sort out a policy for me (Cole Fesler, great dude). Then he says 'looks like you were already talking to Jake' and respectfully bows out then Jake magically becomes available (because $$) and sells us a policy but the worst is yet to come. We paid auto in full and then part of renters so we could pay the rest of renters' monthly. Five months later Jake did not set up the monthly payments. We called numerous times an

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MONEY HERE. You are much better off going to progressive or even state farm.
