Priscilla Sosa is amazing! She has always been so helpful whenever I've had an issue with my Homeowner's or Auto Insurance. She's extremely responsive and on top of everything, always working to find the best rates and coverages. I've used her for years now but within the last year I've had to change both Homeowners and Auto Insurance providers due to extreme rate increases, and she has turned those nightmares into pain free experiences. My experience with this agent has been OK. The agency is pretty much like all the rest. They seem to prefer all online communications. However when they drop my homeowner policy affiliaton and offer no alternative I had to start looking elsewhere.

Great staff. Priscilla and Cathy are both very helpful and knowledgeable with helping figuring which plans fit you best. Got several discounts which were not addressed with previous insurance company. Very satisfied with my coverage.

I signed up with them back in December 2021. I spoke with Priscilla, who told me to sign the document so she could process the policy for DMV and she will call me back with what is owed, no call back until I received an email about withdrawal. Now almost 3 months later I am being told what the premium is.. Deceptive- telling me to not worry about the paper work I signed, she will call back with the right figures and unethical billing practices done by this company's location. I have been a customer of allstate over 20 years with my home and car, they have truly lost a customer. Thanks to the manager Natalie and Priscilla, no accountability! RUN if you've ever come across them!
