Run far away from this company. They will increase your policy without consent ... happened to me twice. Also, when you switch insurance companies, they will report you for driving without insurance, and you're license will be suspended without any warning. The staff tried to say, We didn't get thw email from the other insurance company." Please. Someone didn't do their job at State Farm. I've had no issues with car insurance companies until I was with this State Farm. Stay away from this branch.

They are never in the office. They don't answer the phone. They don't read emails. Emailed them (after calling and dropping by to no avail) to cancel my policy after it jumped $100 a month for no reason. 2 weeks later it's still not cancelled, so I'm paying for 2 insurance companies. So frustrating. Find a different agent.

If you’re looking for service with State Farm I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this particular agent. Returns no phone calls or emails after countless attempts. I’ve forwarded emails to the assistant Sussie and no response. Glad I moved my policy. Thanks for making it an easy decision during the renewal period, Chris and Sussie!

I have been with state farm for 15 years and this is the worst agent I've ever had. They are never in office and never respond to my messages or pick up phone calls. They forward to customer support at 1pm on a Friday claiming I am calling during out of office hours. Sometimes it takes me weeks to get a hold of this office and get the help I need from them. They denied the insurance coverage I have for one of my vehicles to the DMV but still ltske my money every month and then won't pick up the phone to discuss why that is. Beware of this office.

Unfortunately, I have to write this review to inform others of the terrible customer service provided by this Agent. First, I have called three different times and left messages in the month of November of 2023. I have yet to have anyone contact me. I was finally able to get in contact with a young lady on 12/5/23 and ask that my Auto policy be cancelled because of the obvious rate increases. She told me she would have the policy cancelled as of 11/27/2023. Today is 12/20/2023 and I decided to check my online account to find out if the policy is still active. Surprise!! The auto policy is still active and they have charged an additional payment. In my profession, this type customer service is not acceptable.
