Chris Kephart - State Farm Insurance Agent

Chris Kephart who??? Is he even an agent with State Farm? We have had car insurance for over 26 years with State Farm and this office, and it used to be good and you could actually speak to him. I can't remember the last time I spoke with him. Because of that, I am not surprised the revolving door in that office with the staff. First of all you can never speak to a human. And when you do its always someone different. We always had to spend at least 5 minutes explaining who we were and what we were told in a prior conversation. They have messed up our policies so bad and so we switched offices recently. However because of their screw up, we were not charged properly and are being penalized and having to pay more for the next 3 month to pay back what we were not correctly charged. This off
