We purchased multiple policies from this agent as a bundle and they offered a favorable rate. Starting from the second year, they raise our passenger vehicle insurance for two cars despite there has been no accident, violation, ticket or anything that warrants a raise. We called the agent multiple times, and it's always a lady with eccentric accent answering the phone, barely able to communicate in English, always said that she was not in the office, she could not look into the details of the policy, and she had to call us back in a few hours. Of course she never called us back. We called this office at least 7 times and never got any information from them. Then Erie cancelled our auto policy. It's absolutely ridiculous!
