Unfortunately the business has gone downhill and I had to take all my business elsewhere. When I first obtained my insurance needs in 2023, agents were friendly and would return my calls. Since February of 2025 through August, I kept calling and sending emails because I wanted to make changes to my policy. No one ever got back to me to make those updates. Then one of the agents were extremely unprofessional and said to me that if I canceled my car policy, they would no longer have any solutions for me. However, I never canceled my prior policy. My car insurance policy had ended after a year and I found a better rate with Progressive. I don’t recommend this company and suggest that people take their business elsewhere.

Courtney and her team are the best. Every time I reach out with a or have a concern, She or her staff are quick to answer my question and communicate. She also takes the time to speak with you about all of your coverage levels, options, and puts insurance into "normal terms". I am in the insurance field, but not this type of insurance so that part is extremely helpful. It has been great to be a client of hers, and I will be telling anyone who needs any type of insurance about Courtney!

Courtney, Andrea and the whole team make all things insurance an easy process. They are excellent at listen to my needs and explaining everything. And they are always responsive !! I Love having everything with one agency. ( Car’s, boat, house and life insurance). I highly recommend them to all my friends and family!! I know I’m in good hands!
