I was recommended by Rahim from the Toyota dealership(very nice) the Rep that assisted me Sunday, February 02,2025 around 4/5pm. Hesitantly stated her name was Melissa when asked, she behaved as if I personally offended her for just trying to get an insurance policy, is it that hard to do your job without an attitude? Just awful.
