Charlie Stuart - State Farm Insurance Agent

Do not use Charlie Stewart as an agent. They have a hard to calling people back or cancelling policies. I love State Farm, but I will never go through Charlie Stewart’s office again.

I have been a customer of this office for more than a decade and a State Farm customer for more than 30 years. With Charlie Stuart, you get ZERO personal service! The entire time I was insured with him, I never met or spoke to him. His ever-changing staff and part time wind and hail agent make things difficult. She lost a repair receipt and caused me to be dropped and left me without coverage for over a year! This is NOT how I expect to be treated by State Farm. I found another agent in a smaller town that knows what customer service and appreciation are! He won't miss me and I certainly won't miss his staff! Shop around!

State Farm agent Charlie Stuart is a joke. The rates are forever changing with not reasoning. Don't ever get into even the smallest of accidents, they will drop you like a bad habit. The staff in his office is very rude & have absolutely no customer service skills, they are bad for putting your payments on wrong accounts & all out just making you feel very unwelcome. If you are searching for insurance...my advice to you would be to shop around. You CAN find better rates with a company that will treat you like you are wanted. Do not fall victim to Mr. Charlie Stuart & his clowns on 6th Ave. South in North Myrtle Beach!

I had a trailer with 80 k stolen the beginning of this year and I turned it into them and they are refusing to pay for my trailer because I didnt have the title. I have multiple vehicles insured with them and showed them the police report that the trailer was stolen. They refuse to pay the 4 or 5 k back that was insured and told me I had to get my hands on the title. The trailer manufacturer says I had to go through the dealer but the dealer moved from one location to another so their paper work is all over and the trailer was bought 5 years ago. I should not have to go through this much when I paid them on time for any of my insurances and yet they refuse to just pay my money back. I'm turning them into the state insurance board and we will see what happens. Also if they are reading this

I would give zero stars if I could. DO NOT use this insurance agency. I'm not sure if Charlie Stuart still works there or not but he is not accessible even in emergencies. Charlie Stuart does not take phone calls, does not review his emails, or assist customers during times in need. Additionally, his staff is not capable of handling the office during his absence. Totally disappointed with State Farm. Currently a customer but not much longer!
