I had this company through my employer’s insurance, and it was the WORST experience I’ve ever had. My agent, Travis, was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. I left countless voicemails that were never returned — even to this day. I had to send multiple follow-up emails just to get a short, unhelpful response that never actually solved my problem. The receptionist who answers the phone is the only person who even tried to help, but she isn’t an agent and couldn’t actually fix anything. This level of service is completely unacceptable. If you want to feel ignored and frustrated, this is the agency for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
