I had the great experience of working with Stephanie Lively who not only explained the details of the auto and home policies, she was patient and warm in her communications with me. Because her fantastic customer service, I am now a new State Farm Customer.

I had to replace my Windshield on a 2016 Honda CRV. The agency that takes care of the Windshields needed additional information and papers for the Replacement of the VR Film in the car. I went to Stephanie. She sent the First set of papers. State Farm needed additional Information. I went back and Stephanie sent the second group of papers that State Farm needed. Monday May 5th I received the check for the work that was done. Thank you Stephanie for ALL your Help, Time and Information. I know it is your job, BUT too many times in life a Representative helps the Customer out and the Customer does NOT say, Thank you if ANYTHING... Thank you again for Everything... Great Job... Purchased a new vehicle and needed to make adjustments across existing vehicles within my policy. Stephanie took my call and was very thorough and professional throughout the entire transaction. She processed the total policy update in under 10 minutes and provided me all of the documentation I needed for financing and proof of insurance. More importantly, she was able to provide options with respect to covering dependents, explaining the pros and cons of each option. The customer service provided by Stephanie is a reason I continue to be a long-term State Farm customer.

A lot of things have changed in Summerville over 40 years, but one that has not is the exceptional service provided by the Chitwood Agency! After Hurricane Hugo in '89, Mr. Chitwood appeared at our front door, checkbook in hand, offering to help. We were really impressed! Now, after having had the pleasure of working w/Stephanie Lively who is extremely efficient and knowledgeable, I can say that the Chitwood Agency offers the same exceptional service it always have. I have been with this office for years. Lois Bishop is Amazing! She listens and is always friendly and polite. I feel she really cares. She is a great professional and a wonderful person. There is also a young lady at the front desk/ window. I always forget her name, but I enjoy talking to her. I have been pleased with the services.
