So far so good! After spending some fifty years as a State Farm customer and being screwed over by them this is a relief to being treated fairly by an insurance company and Chad Thielen. I hope to have many more years of honesty from Allstate.

We switched over to Allstate after working with McKenize S. She was extremely knowledgable, had great suggestions on how we could save money and always was so quick and responsive, which was greatly appreciated. Even now if I still reach out with questions she is 100% on top of it. I know that I can trust what she's saying and will continue to work with her for a long time. Didn't cancel my policy after I irresponsibly missed a payment well beyond when it was due. Not only that, the late-fee was waived too. All without me having to ask or appeal. These guys did me a solid I didn't deserve and I won't forget it.
