Bolder Insurance

This company was great at first, then failed to check for better products unless asked, when asked would not want to put on the work, failed to notify of me of payment dates for my insurance through them, changed my contact person multiple times, and was hard to work with. Would not recommend!

Donnie was unabe to quote my home insurance but spent time advising me what he felt was important and what I should look for. If I have a chance to use him in the future or recommend him to friends I will. Thanks Donnie

We have asked for years and years of a way to cut our monthly bill. Each time we were told there was nothing Bolder ins could do. Finally, looking at an itemized bill, we come to realize that we are paying for insurance that our cars don’t even qualify for. FOR YEARS!! Now you’re telling me there is no refund possible? Be so for real right now. We have asked numerous times to reduce our bill and you all LIED to us- NUMEROUS times. Absolutely disgusting!

I used bolder insurance for homeowners and auto insurance for 2 years. First year, no issues, all great. Second year: my rep changed, and then the insurance they had found me dropped me, and then i tried to get them to start looking for new policies for me months before i was dropped so i could get ahead of the problem and the rep refused to start the search process until 6 weeks before my expiration which i think was poor customer service. Then 4 weeks before i am uninsured, my rep tells me he cant find decent coverage anywhere close to the rates i was paying before and that he "doesnt want to lose me as a client" but didnt have any real options for me. My wife and i then shopped ourselves directly with insurance providers and got multiple quotes for similar payments and coverage to what
