Brad Hughes - State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been with State Farm for many years (more than I want to count!) and Angela Shore has been my main point of contact. She is incredibly responsive, knowledgable, friendly and professional. I am going through the process of adding our teenage kids to the policy and she is incredibly helpful and patient, ensuring we get the right coverage for our family. I highly recommend working with her!

Angela provided excellent support when my grandson was trying to get tags for his privately purchased car. Despite her colleague being on vacation and therefore doing dual roles this week, Angela took time out of her day to get a temporary policy notice setup for my grandson in time for his DMV appointment. It was necessary for him to accomplish it this week since he is out of town for the month of February and would not be able to make another DMV appointment, in time. Angela gets 5 stars because she made it a total non-event -- the reason I love having my insurance needs supported by her in Brad's office!!

Angela Shore has been such a blessing all the years I've been with Mr. Hughes' office. Whether I leave a message or email, Angela is always quick to respond and take care of whatever I need. She is friendly, professional and honestly one of the main reasons I've stayed with State Farm since I moved back 10 years ago!

My experience with Angela today was yet another example of the team’s outstanding commitment to their customers! The number of drivers in my household has recently changed. Although we have individual policies, Angela wisely modified the policies to allow for us to drive each other’s vehicles. She then reached out to me to explain her actions and verify my approval. I highly recommend this office Hannah has been an amazing communicator and has been able to make changes quickly. Everything has been very smooth and efficient and their rates are excellent.
