Central Insurance - Northeast Regional Office

Worst experience with an insurance company.. The agent I had to deal with tried to screw me over. Calls me 7 months later after the incident to close the medical side of the case and claims she has not received my med info. After playing phone tag with trying to figure out what exactly was needed, I called the hospital, spoke for 2 minutes and was told to just fax it over and it will be completed. Is it really that hard to figure something out? Or maybe they were just trying to find a way to close out the case with an extremely low pay out so they can save $ and screw me.

Treated my daughter terribly after she filed a claim for damage where their client was at fault.

Did this place relocate ? and if so where to does anyone know ?

They were prompt in dealing with an issue
